The University of Findlay and Medical Community Hoop It Up for United Way

Alumni players from The University of Findlay will be teaming up with local medical professionals for a game of hoops, to benefit United Way of Hancock County. The basketball game will take place at Croy Gymnasium on the campus on Sunday, October 13 at a 4 p.m. Admission is free. There will be a 50/50 raffle, a half court shot contest to win up to $200 and other fundraising events during the event.

Alumni players from The University of Findlay include: Michael Agunga, Clare Aubry, Dorian Bass, Marc Bishop, Kayla Brown, Kyle Hunt, Nathan Hyde, Tyson McGlaughlin, Marcus Parker, Dustin Pfeifer, Frank Phillips, Aaron Robinson.

Representatives from the medical profession will be: Brad Bundy, Daren Cheney, Frank Cosiano, Jim Darrah, Jessica Fortman, Thomas Grace Brad Gregory, Miguel Jordan, David Meier, Nick Pottkotter, David Ware, and Mandy Williams.

In addition, coaches lined up for the event include: Mark Fox,  Michael Stump, Ron Niekamp and Jim Houdeshell. Bill Kose will be a guest announcer for the event.

The National Anthem will be sung by Belinda Ernst, Linda Roberts and Carrie Roberts.
