Cedar Point Offering Discount Tickets, Proceeds Benefit United Way of Hancock County

Sandusky, Oh- Cedar Point will be hosting “United Way of Hancock County” days at the park from Mon., August 3 through Sun., August 9. Anyone who lives or works in Hancock County can purchase discount tickets and a portion of the proceeds will go to this year’s United Way fundraising campaign. 

Tickets are available for $38 each and can be purchased and printed online at The username is “UNITEDWAYHC” and the password is “uwhc2015.” Tickets can also be purchased, using the username and password, by residents who wish to attend outside of the August 3-9 dates and can be used for any other dates by paying a $10 surcharge. Regularly, tickets purchased online are $45.99 to $49.99. 

“This is the first year for this partnership and we are excited to see the results. What a great way to partner with a regional destination point,” said Michael Momany, resource development director for United Way of Hancock County.
